These terms govern use of Tasklocity, a store execution and team communication platform operated by Camps Bay Labs, LLC ("Tasklocity," "we," "us"). By using Tasklocity, including applying for a job through a Tasklocity careers page, you agree to these terms. If you use Tasklocity on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
Program: Tasklocity sends text messages on behalf of the employers that use it, to job applicants and team members who have opted in. Messages identify the employer they come from.
What you'll receive: messages about your job application (for example confirmations, interview scheduling and reminders, and status updates) or about your work (for example task reminders and alerts from your manager). We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in: job applicants check the text message consent box on the apply page. Team members turn on text notifications in their Tasklocity profile. Consent is not a condition of applying for a job or of employment.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email support@tasklocity.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Customers create accounts for their team members and are responsible for who has access. Keep your login details private and tell your employer or us if you think your account has been misused.
Don't use Tasklocity to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload malicious code, try to access data you aren't permitted to see, or interfere with the service.
Customers own the content they and their team members put into Tasklocity, including job applications they receive. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for using hiring features in line with employment laws that apply to them.
When you apply for a job through Tasklocity, your application goes to the employer named on the job post. That employer, not Tasklocity, makes hiring decisions and is responsible for its hiring process.
We may change or improve features over time. We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Tasklocity is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Customers may have a separate written agreement with us; if so, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email.
